Proper door installation requires good sound framing to attach the casing of the door to. The door must me installed level and be work properly. Metal flashing is also a good idea to install above the door for proper drainage of the water from the door. Before the door is installed proper flashing of the framing around the door is also required. We install a self adhesive membrane (Grace Vycor) onto the framing of the door opening.
